The above tariffs apply every day, all year round (tariffs and facilities subject to change over the Christmas and New Year periods) and are inclusive of Full English Breakfast, Service and V.A.T.
PLEASE NOTE All accommodation bookings will remain "Provisional" unless "Confirmed" by one of the following methods :-
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD - Customers wishing to confirm their booking using a credit or debit card will be required to provide their full card details at the time of booking. No payments will be processed at this time, however, a cancellation fee of £10.00 per room will be charged to the card in the event of cancellation or non-occupancy.
CHEQUE - Please send a cheque for your non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per room payable to "The Spa Hotel".
CASH - Please call in to pay your non-refundable deposit by cash. DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE POST.
Only when bookings have been "Confirmed" will any form of written confirmation be issued.
CANCELLATION POLICY Bookings must be cancelled before 12 noon two days before arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. All individual room bookings cancelled after this time will be charged in full for the first night of their original stay.
